I have just placed my order, can I amend it?

When we receive your order the details are immediately provided to our order packers who get your order ready super quick for dispatch which means it may not be possible for you to amend you order. If you want to amend your order please contact us with full details on the amendment and if it’s possible we will do this.

 

I have just placed my order, can I cancel it?

When we receive your order the details are immediately provided to our order packers who get your order ready in super quick time for dispatch which means it may not be possible for you to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.
To try and cancel your order before dispatch just log into your ‘My Account’. Once you are logged into your account you can view all your recent orders. Just locate the order you wish to cancel and if there is still time to cancel your order there will be a cancel button next to your order, once you have selected this and the order has been successfully cancelled the order status will change to cancelled.
If the cancel button is not visible next to the order you wish to cancel  then unfortunately it’s too late to cancel the order. Don’t worry as you can just return any unwanted items for a refund once you have received your order, we even provide you with a free return posting label. I have received my order, can I cancel it?

No problem, we give our customers 28 days to return any unwanted items and obtain a refund. You don’t need to tell us you are returning your goods, just complete the returns note you received with your order and return to us with your unwanted item using the free return postage label you also received with your order. Do you have any care instructions and size guides?

To help make sure you order the right size please use our size guide which is available on most product pages, to open the size guide just click on the size guide button. You can also click here to view our size guide
Sizes can differ from brand to brand so we advise to use this as a guide only as some sizes from some brands may be slightly different to our size guide.
We want you to look and feel your best so don’t worry if you receive an item that doesn’t quite fit right you can return it for a refund or an exchange, we even provide you with a free return posting label

ADDITIONAL DETAILS;

Please make sure to also check our additional details section for other useful information such as extra measurement information and washing instructions. When you receive your item please make sure to follow any special care and washing instructions on the attached label, we don’t want your favourite new dress for example to become a Barbie sized disaster!

 

I’m not in the UK, will I be charged customs and import charges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to tell you what the charges would be as import duty and customs procedures and charges vary widely from country to country.
However it is safe to presume that in most cases that customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its county of destination.
Any taxes and handling fees that you may be charged when your order processes through customs must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Love My Style is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges. 
If you’re notified of any charges due on your parcel you should make payment quickly as the courier will not hold onto it for long,  the quicker payment is made the quicker your order can be released and shipped to the delivery address you selected at the checkout. 
If payment is not made the order will get returned back at our UK warehouse and when it does we’ll issue a refund for your items. Unfortunately once returned to us we are not able to reship the parcel to you, you will be refunded for the returned items and therefore if you still want the items ordered you will need to place a new order.
If you do have any concerns it may be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

 

If I receive my order and an item is missing, what do I do?

It’s possible that we have sent your order in separate parcels. If we have done this then you should have received an email with details. If we have sent your order in different parcels then the missing item shouldn’t be noted on the delivery note you received inside your parcel. The delivery note in your parcel should list only the items inside.
Please double check the items you have received against the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
If an item is missing please contact our Customer Care Team, you can do this by clicking here, please make sure you have your order number and the details of missing item(s) such as the item name, product code number and size. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

 

If I receive a faulty item what do I do?

If you believe there is an issue with an item you have ordered then as soon as you discover this problem please contact our Customer Care Team, you can do this by clicking here. Please make sure to provide us with your order number, details of the faulty product such as the item name and items product code number along with a description of the fault
We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
